EU / UK Returns & Cancellation Guide
This page explains shipping, customs duties, cancellations, returns, and statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for customers located in EU member states and the United Kingdom.

EU Customers: Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in an EU member state and wish to withdraw from your order or request a return, please submit your request within 14 days after receiving your item.

Shipping
After your order is confirmed, SCULTURE TOKYO usually prepares your shipment within 3 to 7 business days.
However, delivery may take longer in the following cases:
- Your order includes pre-order or presale items.
- An issue is found during product inspection.
- Shipment is delayed due to the supplier, manufacturer, or production schedule.
- Customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or carrier delays occur.
For EU member states, delivery usually takes approximately 7 to 21 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees and free shipping conditions vary depending on the destination country, order amount, and the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Please check the final shipping fee shown at checkout before completing your order.
Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to EU member states, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other related charges may be applied by the destination country.
These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
The amount and occurrence of such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. SCULTURE TOKYO cannot confirm these charges in advance.
Cancellations or returns due to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or customs delays are generally not accepted. However, if your statutory right of withdrawal applies under EU law, your request will be handled according to the “Right of Withdrawal in the EU” section of this page.
Right of Withdrawal in the EU
Customers in EU member states may have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the item.
If multiple items in one order are delivered separately, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request using the withdrawal / return request link at the top of this section.
After we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email or another appropriate method.
Cancellations Before and After Shipment
If you contact us before shipment and we are able to stop the shipment, we will cancel your order and process the refund.
If your order is already being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped, we may not be able to stop the delivery.
If you wish to withdraw from your order after shipment, please receive the package first and return the item according to the instructions on this page.
We generally do not process refunds while the item is still in transit or before the returned item has been received by us.
Return Conditions
Returns based on the EU right of withdrawal must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All product tags, accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned together.
- The item must be free from stains, damage, perfume, cosmetics, tobacco odor, or other odors.
- The item must not have been washed, cleaned, repaired, altered, or processed.
- The item must not have been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct the diminished value of the item from the refund amount.
Cases Where Returns May Be Refused or Refunds May Be Reduced
We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount in the following cases:
- The item has been used or worn.
- The item has been washed, cleaned, repaired, altered, or processed.
- Product tags, accessories, packaging, or included items are missing.
- The item has stains, damage, odors, or signs of use caused while in the customer’s possession.
- The item was returned without prior notice or without following our return instructions.
- The item falls under an exception to the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
- The item was clearly stated as non-returnable at the time of sale, to the extent permitted by law.
Return Address
For customer convenience returns, the return destination is Japan.
The exact return address will be provided individually after we receive your withdrawal / return request.
Items returned without prior notice, or items sent to an address not provided by us, may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs and Related Fees
For customer convenience returns, return shipping costs, packaging costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item.
If the returned item is lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping, and we cannot confirm receipt of the returned item, we may not be able to process a refund.
If the item is defective or if you received an incorrect item, we will handle the return or refund separately.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable laws after we receive your withdrawal request.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide valid proof that the item has been returned.
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For international payments, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
The refund may include the product price and, where applicable, the cost of the standard initial delivery method.
If you selected a delivery method other than the standard delivery option, such as express shipping or special delivery, the additional shipping cost may not be refundable.
Return shipping costs, return packaging costs, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges paid to the destination country, customs authority, or carrier are generally non-refundable.
If the returned item shows signs of use, stains, damage, missing accessories, or diminished value, we may deduct the reduced value from the refund amount.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or if you received an item different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 7 days.
We may ask you to provide the following information so that we can review the issue:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos showing the defective part or incorrect item
- Photos of the outer package and packaging condition
If we confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution such as return, exchange, or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be handled by SCULTURE TOKYO.
Long-Term Absence, Incorrect Address, and Refused Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to long-term absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, refusal to pay customs duties or VAT, or other customer-related reasons, additional costs may occur.
Such costs may include reshipping fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, customs-related fees, and other related charges. These costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery without prior notice, it may not be treated as a proper return request. Refunds will be handled according to the conditions of this page after the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Right to Cancel in the UK
Customers in the United Kingdom may have the right to cancel their online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the item.
