📦 Shipping Information (Important)

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. However, delivery may take longer in the following cases:

  • Pre-order / Reserved / Presale items may require additional processing time.
  • If an item is found to be defective during inspection, or if the supplier item is a pre-order, shipping timelines may differ.
  • Delays may occur due to manufacturer or supplier circumstances, even for non-preorder items.
  • International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance or courier conditions.
  • Order cancellations or returns due to shipping delays are not accepted.

  • Flat rate: KRW 13,000
  • Free shipping on orders over KRW 130,000

  • Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, order cancellations are not accepted.

As items are sourced internationally and prepared for shipment immediately, cancellation after order confirmation is not possible.

Sizing & Appearance
  • Colors and textures may vary depending on screen settings
  • Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm
  • These are considered acceptable variances
Return Process & Refunds
  • Returns must be approved before shipment
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Return shipping: store-covered for defects, otherwise customer-covered
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection
