Shipping Information: Estimated Dispatch Time & Important Notes
At SCULTURE TOKYO, we usually prepare shipments within 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed. However, delivery may take longer than usual in the following cases.
- Pre-order items, reservation items, and presale items may take longer to arrive than regular items.
- If a defect is found during inspection of an ordered item, or if the item from the supplier is a pre-order item, the above timeframe may not apply.
- Even for items that are not listed as pre-order items, production or shipping delays caused by the manufacturer or supplier may occur.
- For international shipments, delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and delivery conditions.
- We cannot accept cancellations or returns due to delivery delays.
Japan
- Estimated delivery time: Approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
- Shipping carriers: Sagawa Express / Yamato Transport / Japan Post, etc.
- Flat rate nationwide: 700 JPY
- Free shipping for orders over 10,000 JPY
United States
- Estimated delivery time: Approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
- Standard shipping fee: 10 USD
- Free shipping for orders over 130 USD
- Customs duties or import taxes may be charged depending on the item details and shipping method.
- If such fees occur, they must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.
South Korea
- Estimated delivery time: Approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Standard shipping fee: 13,000 KRW
- Free shipping for orders over 130,000 KRW
- Customs duties or value-added tax may be charged depending on the order amount and item details.
- If such fees occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations: Important Notice
At SCULTURE TOKYO, all orders enter the shipping preparation process immediately after the order is confirmed. Therefore, as a general rule, we cannot accept order cancellations after payment has been completed.
Our store handles overseas procurement and international shipping. Once an order is confirmed, procurement and shipping procedures begin immediately, which means we are unable to accept cancellations.
However, customers residing in EU member states and the UK may have cancellation and return rights under the consumer protection laws of their respective regions.

Returns & Exchanges: Important Notice
At SCULTURE TOKYO, all items are inspected before shipment. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

- If the item has an initial defect, such as damage, stains, or sewing defects.
- If you receive an item that is different from your order.
- You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item.
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All product tags and accessories must be included.
- We may ask you to submit photos of the relevant area in order to confirm the situation.
- Customer-related reasons, such as the size not fitting, the item being different from what you imagined, or ordering the wrong item.
- If more than 8 days have passed since the item was delivered.
- Items that have been used or worn even once.
- Items that have been washed, cleaned, repaired, or altered.
- Items with missing product tags, accessories, or packaging.
- Cases related to customs duties, customs clearance, or delivery delays for international shipments.
- Sale items or outlet items, if clearly stated on the product page.
- The actual color or texture may appear different depending on the shooting environment or monitor settings.
- Because measurements are taken flat, there may be an error of approximately 1–3 cm.
- The above are considered within the product specification range and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided only if the return or exchange is approved by our store.
- Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
- Return shipping fees: Our store will cover the cost in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipments. In other exceptional cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method after the returned item has arrived and its condition has been confirmed. International payments may take time to be reflected.

- The displayed currency is automatically shown based on the shipping destination country or region.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be issued for every order.
- After shipment is complete, tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed.
- If a package is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- If redelivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as an extended absence, refusal to accept delivery, or an incorrect address,
our store may dispose of the item at its discretion.
In such cases, refunds cannot be provided, except where the issue is due to an error on our part.
